A full third of our property is dedicated to lush gardens and outdoor spaces. These garden spaces provide an enchanting setting for private events and outdoor buffets, perfectly combining natural beauty with functional dining areas.
CULINARY & SERVICE FACILITIES
Our facility features three fully-equipped bar stations, each spanning 20 sqm, designed to efficiently serve multiple groups simultaneously. We roast and grind our coffee on-site to ensure you experience the freshest and most authentic flavors.
DINING & EXPERIENCE SPACES
Open-plan dining area suitable for large groups and smaller parties. Offers a stunning view of rice fields and the main stage. The ground floor (100 guests). The second floor (150 guests).
TRADITIONAL WOODEN HOUSES
The property features three traditional Quang Nam-style wooden houses. Each spanning 60 square meters and accommodating 30 guests.
TWO-STORY WOODEN HOUSES
This dedicated structure spans 385 square meters across two levels.
THE GROUND FLOOR: Accommodates 50 guests and features vintage-style square tables and wooden chairs.
THE SECOND FLOOOR: Can host 150 guests and is configured with round eight-person tables and wooden chairs in a banquet
arrangement.

The property features three traditional Quang Nam-style wooden houses. Each spanning 60 square meters and accommodating 30 guests.
COSY HOUSE
Including six pavilions, each with an area of 15sqm, situated amidst gardens with views of lotus and water lily ponds (capacity of 12 guests per pavilion). These pavilions serve as the main space for guests to enjoy the agricultural tour experience, lunch, and dinner in a rustic design that blends seamlessly with the surrounding countryside and natural scenery.
AGRICULTURAL & FISHING TOOLS DISPLAY CORNER
A space dedicated to preserving and showcasing agricultural and fishing tools closely tied to the daily life and culture of the local community.
THE AGRICULTURAL EXPERIENCE
Covers 500 square meters and features areas for buffalo riding, bamboo bridge crossing, water scooping, plowing, and rice planting activities.
